Jeff Kahn is a Broker/Salesperson with Century 21 Hansen Realty serving South Florida, USA for over 18 years. He has concentrated on foreign investors for the past 8 years and has traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Middle East.  These experiences allowed Jeff to understand the business differences among Countries and develop an extensive network of European professionals.

Locally, Jeff was the 2004 REALTOR® of The Year in Broward County, and a Past President of the REALTOR® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale.

Recognizing the special needs of those from other Countries or even other States within the US, Jeff has developed a network of Attorneys, Banking Representatives, Mortgage Representatives and Tax and Estate Planning professionals.

To maintain and grow his international relationships, Jeff Kahn continues to educate himself and is currently obtaining the Transnational Referral Certification from the International Consortium of Real Estate Associates.

Jeff had his own PR/Advertising firm in Florida and Texas for 12 years with some very successful clients before he concentrated on Real Estate. Since joining with David Whitworth to form D&J Realtors Group Inc. of Century 21 Hansen Realty, they received special recognition as the top sales team for the entire Century 21 Hansen Organization.
