A true southern gentleman hailing from the great State of Tennessee who has been in real estate for 25 years. Initially as a property developer which led him to his real estate license so he could help others understand the potential in property. In addition to this experience he worked in the court system for elected officials giving him a true understanding of the laws. 

First and foremost in David's life are his two grown daughters who are in college to become professional on their own following David's example.  

David has received specialized training helping seniors with their unique needs as well as expanding into the International market.

Since joining with Jeff Kahn to form D&J Realtors Group Inc. of Century 21 Hansen Realty, they received special recognition as the top sales team for the entire Century 21 Hansen Organization.

David is duel licensed in both Florida and Tennessee.
